A great (and painful) weekend of martial arts, thanks to Sensei Jim Dart (Kenshindo Ryu Nippon Kyokai) for once again putting on another ‘not to be missed’ course, with the usual high level of instructors. Also to Gail and her helpers for the hospitality and evening barbecue.

It was great to catch up with both old and make new martial arts friends.
