To whom it  may concern, my name is Joe Vincelli. I was a student of  Zen Judo under Shihan Keo Cavalcanti some years ago. I was also the last Shodan awarded by Keo before AZJ's fall in Richmond USA.

I would very much like to be listed on your Zen Judo Dan Grade Register, as I still wear the belt he gave me with great pride even though I now practice under a Kodokan school.

I was eternally grateful for everything Zen Judo did for me and will hold its teachings in my heart forever. It truly changed my life for the better.  It is because of what Keo and Zen Judo taught me, that I was able to find value in myself and in life.

 Every Judo School I go to, they always ask where I learned such clean and pure judo. I always answer proudly and say Wadokan Zen Judo, my beginning.
